Refound Policy

Order Editing & Cancellation

Once your order is placed, it is not possible to edit or cancel it due to the personalized nature of the products. If you have any questions or notice any mistakes in your order, please contact us directly at contact@wearingmemory.com.


Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

As we begin creating your personalized product immediately after the order is placed, we are unable to offer a full refund, even if the product hasn’t been produced yet. However, if you require a refund, we can offer a partial refund where $25 (per design) will be deducted from the total amount to account for the work already done. Please note that any additional services, such as "First in Line" options, are non-refundable.

If your order has already been produced, we are unable to process any type of refund.

For digital products delivered via email, no refund will be issued after delivery.

If you would like us to create a new design from a different photo, we will charge $12 per new photo as the design will be created from scratch.


Damaged Products

If any products arrive damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. To qualify, please send us photos of the damaged items.

Please note that our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange, even if the product is damaged.


Haven't Received an Email from Us After Purchasing?

Ensure that the email address used for your order is correct and valid. 

If you haven't received an email within 7 working days of purchasing, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t receive a response within 48 hours, it’s possible that your emails are bouncing back. In this case, please contact us using a different email address so we can send you the digital proof.

 

Additional Information

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and accept no responsibility for products delivered later than the estimated delivery time, apart from informing you of any known delays. The delivery times listed on our website are only estimates, and some deliveries may take longer, while others may arrive sooner.
