How does it Work?
Our process is simple! Choose your product, upload your photo, and our artists will create a unique, hand-drawn design based on it. Once it's ready, we'll print it on your selected item and ship it straight to you.
What’s the Turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days for design creation, plus additional shipping time depending on your location. If you need it sooner, we offer express processing at checkout.
Can I see the design before purchasing?
Since each design is custom-made, we only begin the artwork after your order is placed. However, we ensure high-quality, hand-drawn results that truly capture the essence of your photo.

Do you only draw pets?
No! While we specialize in pet illustrations, we also create designs from photos of people, places, and special moments. Whether it's a loved one, a memorable location, or a unique object, we can transform it into a stunning artwork.
Is my photo good enough to use?
For the best results, we recommend high-quality, well-lit photos where the subject is clearly visible. If we have any issues with your photo, we’ll reach out to you before starting the design.
Can you embroider in multiple colors?
Yes! Our embroidery designs can include multiple colors, but they are simplified to maintain the best stitch quality. If you have specific color requests, let us know!

What are the shipping times and prices?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders take 5-7 business days to arrive after production.

- Starts at $12.99 Priority Shipping (Estimated delivery: 2-3 Business days)
- Starts at $24.99 Express Shipping (Estimated delivery: 1-3 Business days)
I ordered multiple products, will they arrive together?
It depends! Some items may be shipped separately if they are produced in different facilities. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we only ship to the United States
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and more. We also accept PayPal payments.
If you wish to pay in installments, we also offer Klarna and Afterpay.
